Concept cars are basically a creative mind at work with no limitations. You dont need to worry about how street legal it is or how much damage it will do to a person if you hit them doing 20mph… the answer is it does allot no matter how you design it you stupid regulations people. Any how thats the biggest short coming of a concept car. What you see at the auto show wont ever make it to your drive way. Yet it shows what we car capable of building and that a chevy impala may actually be the most boring car on earth. Now that i offended the one Impala owner who visits this site we can safely move on.
